Forget the #JensonSixty!  Here’s how to get started on your first ten push-ups. This workout tutorial done by Jon Dao – The Boston Architect.

  1. Arm Position
  2. Getting Used to Supporting Your Body Weight
  3. Lowering Yourself Gently
  4. Progressively Working on Reps and Depth
