Primary Lift

First of all, we hope you’re not doing full body workouts all day, everyday. We appreciate your hustle, but that’s not really the most efficient way to tackle this whole training thing.

You’re conserving too much energy trying to do everything. Sure, you don’t want to put all your eggs in one basket, but you should put all your eggs in all the baskets either.

You need to narrow down your focus. And even if you designate a chest day or a leg day, you still want to be sure to set a primary lift. Concentrate your efforts on one single lift. Use your “go heavy or go home” attitude there.
