One of the BEST things you can do for yourself is keep track of your calories. Here’s a couple tricks to get you going in the New Year:
First of all, don’t jump into an extreme calorie reduction diet, especially when you have no idea what a normal range of calories look like. Something like a 500 calorie adherence is very impractical.
Second of all, realize that even though it’s slightly annoying, your mind can hype it up to be more of a pain in the butt than it is. Even if you’re not using an app, it’s only really going to take you 10 s
econds to measure it out. And in this way, you’ll know exactly what you’re having. Now there’s no guess work!
The more you track, the more you know. The more you know, the less likely surprising inches will grow! The more you know so that surprising inches don’t grow, the better you feel. Keep on tracking every meal!
