With the start of the New Year, the theme we really want to push this month is be consistent.
It’s the most important thing to anything in life, really. You have to keep in mind that nothing in the fitness world happens overnight. It’s not a sexy truth. Changes take time.
It might help to think of it this way: don’t be crazy, just be consistent.
When we talk about being consistent at the gym, we don’t mean you have to be there everyday. We don’t mean drastically altering your diet. Those type of changes aren’t lifestyle changes.
Build months off of weeks. Let that consistency snowball.
